Ana Ortiz Music (AOM) provides a range of music services to individuals, schools and nurseries. For communications and business related issues, we may keep some of your information. All personal details are kept secure and confidential. Please read our updated Data Protection Policy.
Payments
Must be made in advance, at the beginning of each term, or must be made within 14 days after receiving the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us 48 hrs notice of cancellation. Lessons cancelled (where 48 hours notice is given) shall be rearranged directly between you and AOM. Should you give less than 48 hours notice, then the lesson does not have to be made up and payment has to be made.
Term dates
Of our private tuition appear on the front page of our website. For schools and nurseries the term dates are communicated by email.
Non Competition
Our teachers, performers and musicians are contracted through AOM. Our clients should not solicit or seek business for personal gain from anyone contracted through AOM deliberately, or further action may be taken.
Quality Guarantee
All our teachers are DBS checked and are permanently monitored to ensure we deliver high standards of tuition and performance.
Additional needs
Please make AOM aware of any medical requirements or special needs the students may have when completing the registration form.The information disclosed remains confidential and the relevant information is given to the teachers to ensure the right support and well being of our students during the classes.
